MyCena enlisted the help of VeUp to fast-track them onto the AWS marketplace, ensure they are fully secure, and to optimise their AWS spend.
During our two-day Co-Sell Bootcamp, we successfully got MyCena listed on the Marketplace. Our AWS Foundational Technical Review (FTR) sessions with one of our Solutions Architects helped MyCena pass their FTR and become a validated AWS Partner.
We conducted regular security assessment sessions, focusing on the Security pillar of the Well-Architected Framework. To tackle multi-region deployment, our SA worked in collaboration with AWS to design the best architecture for MyCena to be enterprise-ready and capable of deploying in any required region.
Additionally, we held cost optimization sessions, addressing cost efficiency from both technical and commercial perspectives, as well as managing their AWS billing by offering extended payment terms to facilitate resell.
