Andrew is a dynamic leader with a track record of success across multiple industries and roles. He is currently the Lead Sales and Talent Partner for VeUp North America and responsible for driving strategic partnerships with our clients and building out the internal team as VeUp focuses on growth.

Andrew has been in and around talent acquisition and sales for 14 years and has had the opportunity to consult some of the best on effective talent strategy. He has experience via agency recruitment, high-level consulting and executive level placements on an international scale.

Prior to his current role, he worked as a Principal Recruiter, where he led a team of technical recruiters and streamlined hiring processes; resulting in substantial cost savings and improved time-to-fill metrics. His strategic partnership initiatives and talent acquisition expertise contributed to the success of the organization, earning recognition for his leadership and innovative recruitment strategies.

Andrew’s passion lies in building people and processes and he has seen much success advising how and when to build effective talent acquisition strategy across industry. His specialities include niche recruitment along with executive placement. He is comfortable operating and advising at C-Suite level and well versed in assisting clients develop and execute recruitment and talent strategies & campaigns internationally.
