Solution

VeUP engineered a suite of autonomous GenAI workflow agents using Amazon Bedrock, AWS Textract, LangGraph, and AWS Fargate. A full monitoring and human-in-the-loop evaluation layer was implemented to maintain quality and transparency, while more than 20 high-value workflows—such as rate quoting, load creation, appointment changes, and container pick-ups—were fully automated.
